OUR RESIDENTIAL HOMES

The homes are conveniently located in the Short Pump, Glen Allen and the City of Richmond.  They are equipped with many modern amenities which make it a comfortable living environment.  The program has been designed to support the needs of individuals age 18 and older who desire to increase their self-sufficiency and receive training supports in socialization, personal care skills, domestic skills, ADLs and other viable life skills within a structured environment.  Each home is licensed for four individuals with their own perspective bedrooms and adequate space for leisure and other life skills activities.  

All services offered through the Assured Development Services program will be structured to promote “person centered” measures which promotes the involvement of the individual and their family members in the decision-making that is relative to their placement and overall care.  Each individual admitted will receive an assessment and supported in the development of their Individualized Service Plan (ISP), which will guide the scope of their services.
